Use account settings.
Open Nexora, go to Profile, open account or privacy settings, and choose the account deletion request option. This creates a deletion request for the Nexora team to process.

Request deletion of your Nexora account and associated data.
Nexora users can request account deletion from inside the app or by contacting Link Technologies with the email address used to register.
Request by email.
Email support@nexora.app with the subject "Delete my Nexora account" and include the registered email address for your account.
What we remove.
We will delete or anonymize your Firebase account, profile details, saved opportunities, tracker entries, preferences, notifications, public activity, and other personal account data associated with your Nexora user ID.
Processing window.
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days after we verify the account ownership and the registered email address.
Limited retained records.
Some records may be retained only where required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, billing, or dispute-resolution reasons. Retained records are limited to what is necessary.
