Connect Gmail

A one-time, read-only connection set up in the Nexora mobile app. Nexora can read message subjects and senders — never send, delete or change anything.

Nexora scans quietly

On a schedule, the server checks new mail for application signals — “received”, “assessment”, “interview”, “selected” — and matches them to opportunities you're tracking.

Your board updates

The matching card jumps to Applied, Interview or Offer, and you get a notification. You can trigger a scan yourself any time with “Scan now”.

The scope Nexora asks for is the narrowest one that can do the job, and every part of it is reversible.

Read-only accessNexora can never send, reply to or delete an email. Ever.
Subject lines onlyOnly subjects and senders are scanned for signals — not the body of your mail.
Disconnect anytimeOne tap in Settings stops all scanning and removes access immediately.
