By accessing or using Nexora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform.
1. Use of the Platform
Nexora is a platform connecting student builders with opportunities. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. User Content
You retain all rights to the projects, code, and content you submit to your profile. By posting content on Nexora, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform for the purpose of showcasing your skills.
3. Gmail Auto Tracker
Gmail Auto Tracker is an optional mobile-app feature. If you connect Gmail, you authorize Nexora to use limited Gmail metadata and optional matched snippets only to detect application-related signals and update your private application tracker. You remain responsible for reviewing detected items before relying on them.
You can disable Auto Tracker, disconnect Gmail, update tracker statuses, or delete detected tracker items from your pipeline at any time. Nexora does not use Gmail data for advertising, does not sell Gmail data, and does not share Gmail data with organizers, recruiters, or other users.
4. Organizer Responsibilities
If you use Nexora to host an event or list an opportunity, you agree to provide accurate information, honor the stated prizes/stipends, and communicate transparently with applicants. Nexora reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our Trust & Safety guidelines.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or attempt to manipulate the platform's verification systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nexora is not a party to the agreements between students and organizers. We are not liable for the outcome of any hackathon, internship, or competition listed on the platform.
